Who I am and why I care
I’m Caroline, and I support conscious changemakers such as coaches and healers to grow businesses that feel ethical, sustainable, and deeply aligned with their values.
For over a decade I’ve supported business owners to move past the noise of the online space and create businesses that work, not through hustle or pressure, but through clarity, consistency, and support that honours who they are.

What’s Included
- Two live group calls per month (max 10 people) calm, supportive, and practical spaces where we make real progress on your business growth. These will take place on Thursdays at 5pm CET.
- Free access to The Clearing (normally €75/month):
- Weekly co-working sessions to help you focus and get things done
- Monthly focus and priority calls to keep you clear and on track
- Private community space on Slack for questions, connection, and encouragement
- Online learning curriculum you can access anytime
- Outreach Labs – guided, hands-on sessions where you practice connecting with people in real time, with support and encouragement
- Templates, tools, and scripts covering every aspect of your business.
We start mid-January and run to mid-December taking August off.
The Investment
There are two options, depending on what level of support you need:
Group: €3,000 for the year (or 12 installments of €250)
Group + 1:1: €4,800 for the year plus a monthly 1:1 coaching session (or 12 installments of €400)

Questions and concerns
I’ve been burned by programs before, how will this be different?
Root is not a self-study course or a huge group program you’ll get lost in.
it’s a small, supported group with direct access to me. You won’t get left behind.
What if I hide in the group?
The group is intentionally small so everyone has space to show up and be seen. You’ll be gently encouraged, not pressured.
What if I can’t keep up?
Root is designed for steady progress, not hustle.
You’ll have calls, co-working, and community support to help you keep moving at your own pace.
What if it doesn’t feel good?
Everything in Root can be adapted to your values, your rhythms, and your life. Nothing is forced.
How much time do I need to dedicate each week?
I would recommend putting aside 2 hours a week to do the work, but remember this isn’t work on top of your business activities, this IS your business activity.
