Thanks for visiting my website and learning space. This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information, as well as how I use cookies to help both sites work properly and improve your experience.

I’m the data controller, which means I decide how personal data is collected and used.

1. What data I collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

  • Contact and account information such as your name and email when you sign up for a course, workshop or newsletter

  • Billing and payment details when you buy a course or workshop (payments are handled securely by Dubsado and Stripe, I do not store full card details)

  • Usage data about how you use my website and learning space through cookies or analytics

  • Communication data such as emails, messages or feedback you send me

  • Marketing preferences, for example whether you’ve opted in or out of newsletters

I do not collect sensitive data such as health information, religion or ethnicity, and I do not collect information about criminal convictions.

2. Why I collect it and the lawful basis

I use your data to:

  • Deliver the courses or services you have purchased

  • Communicate with you about your purchase, account, updates or support

  • Send you newsletters or marketing emails if you have opted in

  • Improve my website, learning space and offerings

  • Meet legal or tax obligations

The lawful basis for processing your data will usually be:

  • Performance of a contract when you buy something

  • Consent for marketing

  • Legitimate interests for site improvement or analytics

3. Cookies and how I use them

My website and learning space use cookies and similar tracking tools. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the site:

  • Understand how you use the site so I can improve it

  • Service providers such as Thinkific, Dubsado, Stripe and my email platform who help me deliver my services

  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

  • Another owner if my business is ever sold or transferred, under appropriate safeguards

I do not sell your data or share it with others for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data storage and transfers

I keep your data secure and only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. For example:

  • Purchase and accounting records for up to six years to comply with Spanish tax law

  • Newsletter or marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion

Some of my service providers may process data outside the EU. When this happens, I make sure proper safeguards are in place to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under EU data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data I hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

  • Object to certain types of processing

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
