Monthly calls for beginners in business

This affordable, subscription-based service is for business owners early on in their business journey who need a place to get all of their business related questions answered.

Once a month on the first Thursday of the month, I host a live group call on Zoom for up to 90 minutes to which you can bring any and all of your business questions.

You can ask your questions on the call itself or if you can’t make it, you can send the question ahead of time and watch the recording back for my answer. This is a Q+A format so the content provided by me depends on the questions asked by you.

Who this is for:

These Q+A calls are specifically for people who are new to business, new to the doing business in the online space or perhaps you’ve been in a business a while but you just can’t seem to make it work no matter how hard you try.

These calls might be a fit if:

You haven’t yet had any paying clients (or maybe you’ve had 1 or 2 but that was months/years ago and it’s been tumbleweed ever since).
You struggle with technology and figuring out how to do things like get your website up and running, creating a newsletter, setting up a payment button, knowing which tools and software you actually need.
You’re not sure about your business niche and keep chopping and changing what you want to offer and to who.
You feel clueless about marketing your business and have a million and one questions about which social media platform to use and how to use them.
You need help creating a daily business schedule that works for you.
You struggle with overwhelm and often feel like you’re spinning your wheels with no real idea what you should be working on to make your business a success.
You strategy switch all the time, jumping from one shiny object to another, hoping that this time something sticks.
You would love a space to show up and ask all the questions you have around building your business without feeling stupid or like you have to pretend to know more than you do.
You are a conscious business owner, committed to doing business with integrity but unsure how to avoid the icky, manipulative marketing strategies you see touted so often online.

When I signed up for the Back to Basics program I didn’t expect it to be life or business changing. After all, it’s just a monthly group call. But I wanted to give it a try because I needed help with growing my business and I liked Caroline’s approach.

It’s been just so brilliant to have this call once a month. It always comes around so quickly and I always feel like I receive a lot of help for my questions. Plus everyone else’s questions also help me focus my mind and the calls in general give me clarity and motivation and make me feel less alone in the world of self employment. It’s a comfortable and informal environment too, where I never worry that my questions might be too basic or stupid.

I used to feel kind of lost and powerless and I had no idea what else I should be doing to improve and grow my business and that has so changed! I now have the opposite problem, that there is not enough time in the day to implement all the powerful strategies I want to explore. Then again, the monthly calls also help with simplifying strategies and offer thoughts on how to be more efficient and not overwhelm ourselves.

Since joining Back to Basics my business has changed a lot and I am certainly beginning to see traction and growth. Despite the title I look forward to advancing my business further with Back to Basics, because I know that the way it can help me is endless.

How it works:

Once you subscribe (which you can do by clicking the button below), you’ll receive a welcome email from me containing a link to register for the calls.

Your subscription gives you access to the live monthly calls as well as video and audio recordings. You can ask your business related questions live on a call or send them to me in advance, to answer on the call.

If the group reaches a point where there is not enough time to answer everyone’s questions on a regular basis, then we’ll move to two calls a month.

You can cancel at any time.

I’ve purposely created this service for business owners who are not yet making a profit with their business and for that reason the cost is low.
